We keep data collection to a minimum. Depending on how you use the site, this can include:

• Your email address and order details when you buy, so we can deliver your pack and support it.
• Payment information, which is handled by our payment provider. We do not see or store your card details.
• Basic, privacy-respecting analytics about how the site is used, to help us improve it.

The cart is stored in your own browser. We do not need an account to sell you a plan.

We use your information only to process your order, deliver and support your download, meet our legal and tax obligations, and improve the site. We do not sell or share your personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

We use trusted providers to run the store, such as our payment and hosting providers. They process data on our behalf under their own strong privacy commitments. Our payment provider may act as merchant of record and hold the billing information for your order.

If you are in the EU or UK, you have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to the processing of your personal data, and to data portability. Our lawful bases are performing your purchase contract, meeting legal obligations, and our legitimate interest in running and improving the store. If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what personal information we hold, to request its deletion, and to not be discriminated against for exercising those rights. We keep order records for as long as we need them for tax and legal reasons, and no longer than necessary. We take reasonable steps to protect your information.
